Sims 4 Mod Debugger - Simple, Easy, and Free!

About This Tool:

This lightweight tool works like a binary search for quickly identifying problem mods/files that cause the Sims 4 to not startup:

• moves files/folders between your mods folder and a temp folder upon each split
• progress bar dynamically tracks each binary split
• option to set the TS4_x64.exe via the GUI or declare in config.json, to open the Sims 4 automatically
• option to exit the testing during debugging

How To Use:

1. Download the [SQUISHY_TACO] sims-4-mod-debugger.exe
   1. optional: download config.json to paste the path to the Sims 4 TS4_x64.exe for the app to automatically fill the value
2. Open the exe by double-clicking the downloaded file
3. In the pop-up UI, select your Sims 4 Mods folder
4. Optionally, select the path to your TS4_x64.exe if config.exe isn't used
   1. you will be prompted to test manually if the exe is not supplied
5. Click on Start Debugging to initial the binary splits, prompts will show up to guide your through the process
6. Exit at any time with the Exit Testing button
